This new home was built in the mountain home community of Martis Camp in Truckee. The Cor-Ten metal siding was fabricated on-site creating a maintenance-free exterior. Mesquite floors and stairs were custom milled to our specs. The concrete floors are heated with radiant tubing and have stainless steel inlays.
